Ambit Energy announced that they now have over 500,000 active customers as of the first quarter of 2011. Additionally, Ambit's CMO, Chris Chambless, has stated that the customer growth rate in 2011 is on track to match the 2010 growth rate of 73%. The company will be celebrating it's 5th year of business in September 2011.
