Two New States Can Now Get Free Energy

Starting today, 30 October 2013, Rhode Island and Delaware join the Ambit Energy family. The people that live in those states now have the opportunity to earn free energy just like those that live in the nine other states where Ambit has service (Texas, New York, Illinois, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and California) as well as the District of Columbia. Additionally, the PECO area in PA is now open for natural gas customers. This expansion adds another 1.5 million potential customers for Ambit Consultants to help.

If you want to know more about how to save money, get free energy, or earn significant additional income in your spare time, please contact the Ambit Energy consultant that sent you here.

Memorial Day

We speak often in our business about financial freedom. We love to share with people how the Ambit opportunity is changing lives across America. We are passionate about what we are doing together, and we should be proud of what we have accomplished so far.

But today, we pause for a moment to celebrate a different kind of freedom — one bought and paid for by the blood of patriots. Today, we remember those brave service men and women throughout our great history who have paid the ultimate price so that we may continue to have our lives, our liberties and to pursue what makes us happy.

Our ability to pursue financial freedom is a privilege for which we owe a debt of gratitude to our soldiers, past and present. As is customary, there will be a moment of remembrance at 3:00 p.m. local time across our nation. Please join me at that time, on this Memorial Day, as we honor our soldiers — many of whom are Ambit Energy Consultants — for their sacrifice and thank them for their service.

May God bless each man and woman who wears our nation’s uniform with safety and may He protect their families while they serve.

And most importantly, may He continue to bless America.
I wish you all a happy Memorial Day.

Sincerely,
Chris Chambless

What Truly Motivates You?

"Motivated people advance further and faster in their careers, earn more money, are more productive, experience more satisfying relationships, and are happier than the less-motivated people around them. But true motivation cannot be faked or forced." --Tamara Lowe

Tamara spent 8 years researching over 10,000 people to find out what motivates people. She found that every person has a distinct combination that she calls their Motivational DNA.

Take the online test and find out your Motivational DNA. This will allow you to realize your personal goals faster. Share the results with your accountability partners so they can help you Get Motivated and grow.

My results are:

Motivational DNA Type is: CSI
(Connection-Stability-Internal) The Supporter
Supporters are practical, dependable and loyal. They are both people-oriented and detail-oriented. Supporters are natural supervisors. They thrive on helping others excel in their positions and will fight for the underdog. Methodical in their methodology, they like to have the facts before they act. They respect authority and organizational structure. Caring and careful with people and projects, Supporters are skillful at implementing procedures. They possess a strong work ethic. Having a clearly defined goal to work toward is important to them and they follow through on objectives with steady conscientiousness. Psychological pay is of primary importance to them. They need to feel good about what they are doing and sense that their work makes a positive contribution.
CSI Motivators: Facts and information, peer respect, sincere appreciation, private recognition, specific positive feedback, an inspiring work environment, co-workers they enjoy, clearly defined objectives, a sense of accomplishment, and time to reflect and plan.
CSI De-Motivators: Hype and hyperbole, infringement on personal or family time, perceived inequity and demands for rapid change.
1.Your motivational type can become discouraged by the enormity of huge goals. For that reason, make sure that your aspirations are realistic. Set manageable goals that can be achieved in a reasonable time frame.
2.Be gentle with yourself. Don’t expect perfection. Slow and steady progress should be your expectation.
3.Involve others. Make a list of the people, organizations and resources that will assist you in achieving your goal. Supporters excel when they are working toward an individual and team goal with others who are equally committed to achievement.

2012 DSN Global 100 Ranking

Each year, the Direct Selling News ranks direct-selling companies by revenue in it's annual Global 100 list.

For 2012, Ambit Energy moved up a notch to #14! This is quite an accomplishment when you consider that all 13 of the companies ranked above them on the list have been in business an average of 61 years and Ambit is less than 7 years old. The second youngest company in the Top 14 is 29 years old—more than 4 times as old as Ambit! In fact, Ambit Energy is the youngest company in the Top 25. The oldest company in the Top 14 is 130 years old and the second oldest is 127 years old. The oldest company on the entire list is 158 years old! Obviously direct marketing works!

Another amazing fact is that the other companies in the Top 14 operate in anywhere from at least 7 to over 100 countries. Ambit Energy is currently only servicing customers in 9 states plus the District of Columbia in the United States.

When we look at year-over-year percentage growth of the Top 14, Ambit Energy takes top honors with 40% growth. The next fastest-growing had 29% growth and the third place company had 19% growth. Only 5 companies had double-digit growth. One of the Top 14 had zero growth, and two of the companies had a decline of 5%.

When we analyze 3-year percentage growth, we find that Ambit Energy takes the lead again with 171% growth. This is almost double the second place company's growth of 90%. Two of the Top 14 had a decline in revenue since 2009 of -8% and -45%.

Ambit Energy is now officially the largest direct-selling energy retailer in the world! They are also the only energy retailer that moved up in ranking on the Global 100 list this year.

If you would like to find out more about the income opportunity that is provided by Ambit Energy which will allow you to participate in the history-making that they are doing, please contact the person that sent you to this story. They will be glad to help you get on the road to financial freedom with this recession-proof service.

Develop a Burning Desire to Succeed

"Here are three methods of developing a burning desire to succeed. They will work — if you want them to.

1. The greatest obstacle to developing desire is a conviction that we’ll never be able to fulfill it. So many people discourage desire to avoid the frustration they may encounter. If you don’t have a burning desire to better your life, you’re cheating yourself and your loved ones with phony excuses. You’re choosing a level of life that’s poor compared to what you could have with the extra exertion you’re capable of. It’s all on your shoulders and there’s no way you can shift a bit of the responsibility to anyone else.

2. Focus on the specific things you want. Make agreements with yourself. When I do this, I get that. Don’t try to make yourself work for nothing.

3. Take it in steps. If you’ve never made more than minimum wage, don’t aim for half a million dollars the first year. The essential element is faith in yourself.

I know former migrant farm workers who came out of the fields and made themselves wealthy. If your sunshine wants far outstrip your cold morning desire, have a talk with yourself, then have a lot more talks. Convince yourself you can succeed and will succeed."

A Psalm of Life

by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

What the Heart of the Young Man Said to the Psalmist

Tell me not, in mournful numbers,
   "Life is but an empty dream!"
For the soul is dead that slumbers,
   And things are not what they seem.

Life is real! Life is earnest!
   And the grave is not its goal;
"Dust thou art, to dust returnest,"
   Was not spoken of the soul.

Not enjoyment, and not sorrow,
   Is our destined end or way;
But to act, that each to-morrow
   Finds us farther than to-day.

Art is long, and Time is fleeting,
   And our hearts, though stout and brave,
Still, like muffled drums, are beating
   Funeral marches to the grave.

In the world's broad field of battle,
   In the bivouac of Life,
Be not like dumb, driven cattle!
   Be a hero in the strife!

Trust no Future, howe'er pleasant!
   Let the dead Past bury its dead!
Act,--act in the living Present!
   Heart within, and God o'erhead!

Lives of great men all remind us
   We can make our lives sublime,
And, departing, leave behind us
   Footprints on the sands of time;

Footprints, that perhaps another,
   Sailing o'er life's solemn main,
A forlorn and shipwrecked brother,
   Seeing, shall take heart again.

Let us, then, be up and doing,
   With a heart for any fate;
Still achieving, still pursuing
   Learn to labor and to wait.

Plenty of Room at the Top

"What American business does need - and in ever-increasing numbers - are young businessmen who are willing and able to assume the responsibilities of...leadership. The rewards awaiting such men are practically limitless. There is plenty of room at the top. That figurative Millionaire’s Club has an unlimited number of vacancies on its membership rolls... too many potentially highly qualified young applicants give up before they start. They listen to the cautionary defeatism instead of opening their eyes to the opportunities around them. They are apparently blind to the many examples provided by those who have made and are making their fortunes." --J. Paul Getty, How to Be Rich
